Our Mission
  • Raising Community awareness on Women and youth Rights.
  • Encourage Women, Youth and children for empowering their role in rebuilding Civil Society.
  • Raising the capacity of people to identify the need, advocacy and influence policy makers.
  • Strictly works for reducing violation and discrimination in all forms in the society.
  • In emergency situations immediately responds to the needs of people with cooperation with relief agencies, especially in rural areas and IDPs comps.
    • Brief Background of Organization
    The Governing Board is composed of 7 members. The council Board responsible of planning and observing the organization activities. The members of council work voluntarily to actualize the goals of the organization and they are meets on yearly basis and when requested by the administrative council to, they have these duties as follows:

  • Strategy plane.
  • Plan the yearly projects and budget
  • Approve the accounting issues.
  • Approve the changes in basic principles of the organization approach.
  • Evaluate the program activities.
    • Managment System Structure
    The executive office is lead by an executive director. He is managing of management committee which include key staff, organizes monthly meeting with the key staff of the project. Those meetings focuses on the creation of monthly activity plan, on monitoring of the implementation of the activities and on solving of problems occurred in the daily work. The Committee duties are:
  • Reviewing, monitoring and planning for all the projects.
  • Decision maker for related issues.

    Computer Courses

    One of the important activities was computer courses for women and youth, funded by (Hataw Org)

    Contain theoretical and practical lectures, by Professional teachers for (Windows, Word, Excel and access), which it is continuous work of (Hataw Org), every year Hataw have this Courses for Women and Youth.

    English Learning Courses

    (Hataw Org) Activities, (English Learning Courses) done from (  20/7/2010 to 20/9/2010 ), Inside (Hataw Org) Building in Suleimaniyah Bakhtyari) by  professional Teachers in English Languages.
